Fresh Blueberry Pound Cake (GP)

1 Cup margarine
3 Cups Sugar
3 Cups flour (use 1 cup flour to dredge blueberries)
3 Cups fresh blueberries (or a little less)
4 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon almond flavoring
1 teaspoon butter flavoring
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Blend margarine and sugar together, add eggs one at a time, beat until fluffy. Add almond, butter and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Blend in 2 cups flour, baking powder,  and salt.

Dredge the blueberryies (make sure they are wet so the flour will stick) into 1 cup flour.
   [Dredge: stir the blueberries in flour so that the flour will stick to them.]

Fold the dredged blueberries and flour into the batter. Batter will be thick.

Grease and flour bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 for one hour 15 minutes. (Test with toothpick if necessary.)

Glaze: 1 Cup powdered sugar, 1 to 1 1/2 Tablespoon margarine, 1/4 teaspoon almond flavoring, 1/4 teaspoon butter flavoring. Add enough water to make thick paste. Spoon onto cake.
