What exactly the a "Coordinated Community Calendar"? (CCC)

The "Coordinated Community Calendar" is made up of many smaller calendars. The visitor the the calendar page is able to view ALL or just a few of the individual Calendars.

Who may/can provide calendar information

Any organization the meets the "acceptable standards" set by Beeville.Net may send events for inclusion in the calendar. A separate form in provided to submit your calendar information. Or, you may communicate with the Chamber of Commerce

Who add the calendar events?

A group of volunteers are given responsibilities for maintaining the individual calendars the make up the "Coordinated Community Calendar.

Can anyone add calendars and events?

NO. Only a select group individual volunteers who are given a Username and Password are able to edit the calendar.

What do I have to do to become a volunteer who maintains information for my organization?

If you are the person responsible for calendar events in your orgnization and want to be able to maintain a calendar for your organization, contact the Bee County Chamber of Commerce

Are there limitation on who can VIEW THE CALENDARS.

NO. Everyone may view the whole "CCC" or any of the individual calendars.
