2002 Chamber of Commerce Parade
October 5 - 10:30 am

BEE COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
P.O. BOX 4099 BEEVILLE TX 78104
361-358-3267

March 7, 2002

Dear Friend:

We cordially invite you to participate in our 65th Annual Bee County Chamber of Commerce Parade, which will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2002 at 10:30 a.m.

This event is held in conjunction with the Third Annual Bee County Family Fall Fest that will be held in downtown Beeville. The parade will begin a fun filled day of activities. Vendors, exhibits, games, children’s rides and a variety of entertainment will take place all day around the historic courthouse square. There will be no grounds admission, so come and enjoy the day with us.

First, second and third place trophies will be awarded in the following categories: Chamber of Commerce & Cities, Commercial, Non-Commercial, Youth Entries, Decorated and Antique Cars, Mounted Groups, and Horse Drawn Vehicles. A grand prize trophy will be awarded to the best overall entry. This year’s parade will not have a designated theme. Use your imagination to promote your business, organization or just enter and have fun. Add music to your entry to make the parade more exciting.

You have been a very important part of our parade in the past and your entry this year will be greatly appreciated. Help us celebrate this special event by your participation.

Enclosed you will find your entry blank. Please return it by September 26, for a better parade position. Entries received after this date will be added to the end of the lineup.

Judging will begin at 9:00 AM. Additional information can be obtained by calling 361-358-3267.

Sincerely,
_______________________
