Objectives of the Program

Revitalize and restore business district, provide additional space for Joe Barnhart Bee Co. Library (next door), provide a facility for youth programs, provide a cultural complex and arts center adaptable for conventions, meetings and special events, and preserve an important landmark in the state of Texas.

Evaluation of effectiveness

Board will meet once a month (2nd Thursday, 5:30 pm) or as needed to evaluate progress. Architect, engineers and other professionals will meet and evaluation progress.
