Survivors include four daughters Adela (Ramon) Hurtado, Mary Moreno, Dora Kay Moreno, and Dora (Juan) Moreno all of Beeville; eight sons Alfredo (Beatrice) Benavidez Sr., Matilde (Alma) Moreno Jr., Manuel Moreno, Benito (Martha) Moreno all of Beeville, Israel Benavidez, Luis Jeannie) Moreno Sr., Reynaldo (Lucy) Moreno also Antonio (Victoria) Moreno all of Victoria, four sisters Viviana Soliz of Floresville, Lydia Longoria and Elida Cuevas both of Beeville and Modesta Martinez of Tynan, two brothers Lorenzo ( Jesusa) Banda of Beeville and Calistro Banda of Corpus Christi, 38 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Rosary will be recited at 7:00p.m. on Thursday at Trevino Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30a.m. on Friday at St. James Catholic Church with Rev. Balaswamy Pasala officiating. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Victory # 2. Pallbearers will be Anthony Moreno, Epimenio Moreno, Christina B. Hernandez, Alfredo Benavidez Jr., Leeann Balderas and Lionel Lane Moreno.
