Joe was born on March 11, 1975 in San Antonio, Tx. He was a self-employed welder. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Paul Urdiales Sr. He is survived by his wife; Josephine (De La Fuente) Urdiales three sons: Joe Gabriel Jr., Jaime and Jacob Urdiales all of Sinton, Tx. One daughter; Brittany Borjas of Corpus Christi, Tx.; His parents Enrique and Sylvia Jimenez one brother Jesse Urdiales both of Skidmore, Tx.; two sisters; Jennifer (Robert) Martinez of Beeville, Tx. And Julie (Rian) Simon of Stephenville. Four nephews and one niece. His maternal grandparents Rufino and Eloisa Menchaca Sr. of Skidmore, Tx. His Paternal grandmother Juanita Mendez of San Antonio, Tx.; His father Paul Urdiales of San Antonio, Tx. Rosary was recited on Tuesday, April 15, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home. Mass of Resurrection was held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2003 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and burial was followed at Evergreen Cemetery in Skidmore, Tx. Pallbearers were Joe Menchaca Jr., Felix Menchaca Jr., Ray Jimenez Jr., Jose Monreal, Doroteo Sanchez and Juan Alvarez. Silence is the element in which great things fashion themselves together.
