Lillie M. Polk

Cuero, Texas - Beeville, Texas

Mrs. Lillie M. Polk was taken into the Gates of Heaven on April 1, 2003 at the age of 88. 

Lillie was born in Cuero, Tx. On September 11, 1914  To the late Jeff Lewis and Fannie Davis.

She was preceded in death by her Brother James Lewis and her sister Bertha Parker.  Lillie was a Middle School teacher and enjoyed teaching  her students.  She always gave them good advice and always was there for  her students. 

She is survived by two sons: Anderson G. (Rose) Polk of Marietta Ga. And Franklin D. (Betty) Polk of Hollysprings N.C. three grandchildren Leslie Polk, Franklin Keith Polk and Collin Anderson Polk.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2003 from 1:00 p.m. till 2:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home Chapel with Graveside Services to be held at 2:30p.m. at St. Rose Cemtery with Rev. Norris D. Jackson officiating .
