Survivors include on especial care giver niece, Nelda Ulrich of Beeville; four sisters Eloisa Perez and Juanita Gomez both of Beeville; Estella Ramon of Rockport, Elena Hernandez of Baytown and Jesusa Rodriguez of Floydada, Texas; one brother Joe Gutierrez of Rockport. Mr. Gutierrez is preceded in death by his wife Olivia Cabazos Gutierrez, twin daughters, two brothers, Guadalupe and Robert Gutierrez, two sisters Maria Sanchez and Amanda Garza. Rosary was recited at 7:30p.m on Monday at Trevino Funeral Home. Funeral mass was celebrated at 10:30a.m. on Tuesday at Our Lady of Victory Church with father Luke officiating. Burial will follow at Cadiz Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Sauceda, Ramon Ramon, Ruben Perez, Wally Sanchez, Anthony Gutierrez, and Michael Moreno. Honorary Pallbearers will be Nelda and Charles Ulrich, Mary Arredondo, and Carlos Perez

21, 2006 in a local nursing home. Mr. Gutierrez
was born in George West, Texas on August 31, 1925
to the late Guadalupe Gutierrez and Jesus Torres
