Margarita (Margaret) A. Delgado, age 67 passed away on January 12, 2006 in a local hospital. Mrs. Delgado was born in Beeville on February 22, 1938 to the late Lorenzo Andrade and Ida Padilla Rodriguez of Houston.

Survivors include her loving husband Alejandro “Alex” Delgado of Beeville; one son Kirk J. (Robyn Delgado of Beeville; one sister Hortensia Andrada Bowers of Houston; one brother Freddy (Olga) Andrada of Beeville; one grandson Jerry Marshall Delgado of Beeville.

Margaret is preceded in death by her father Lorenzo, stepmother Cuca Andrada, son Jerry Wayne Delgado, niece Judy Lynn, and nephews Freddy Jr., Lorenzo, and Larry Andrada.

Margaret enjoyed cooking, baby sitting, sewing, and dancing.

Rosary was recited at 7:00p.m. on Sunday at Trevino Funeral Home.

Funeral mass was celebrated at 10:00a.m. on Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Patrick Donahoe and Father Eddie Garcia officiating .Special music was provided by Mr. John Medina. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery # 2.

Pallbearers were Michael Rojas, John Delgado, Ernest Moreno, Adolfo Guerrero, Tim Teboe, and Joe Davis.
