Mr. Ramon Gomez age 85 passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 in a local nursing home. Ramon was born on December 7, 1919 in Victoria, Texas. He was retired from Corn Products after serving as Foreman for 33 years. He also served his country proudly with the United States Air Force. He is survived by three sons; Paz Ramon Gomez, Jose Angel Gomez and Antonio Gomez all of Corpus Christi, Texas; four daughters; Josefina Carabajal and Esperanza Carter both of Corpus Christi, Texas and Ruth Mary Gonzales of Weslaco, Texas and Natalia Maria Gomez of Austin, Texas; two stepsons; Domingo Garza Jr. of Papalote, Texas, and Daniel Garza of Orange Grove, Texas; three step-daughters; Rosalava Ortiz of Corpus Christi, Texas, Martha Martinez of Carrizo Springs, Texas and Diana Casarez of Seguin, Texas and 33 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home Chapel with Military Honors to be followed.
