Robert Christobal Frank Gutierrez age 13 was called into the Gates of Heaven on October 31, 2004. 

Robert was born on November 20, 1990 to Robert Gutierrez and Veronica Gonzales in Beeville, Texas. 

Robert was a student a Calallen Middle School.  Robert enjoyed playing football, baseball, hunting, fishing playing his guitar and listing to music. Robert always keep a beautiful smile and made all his friends and family laugh always joking and having a good sense of humor. 

Robert is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; Christobal and Ofelia Gonzales. 

He is survived by his parents; Robert Gutierrez Jr. of Corpus Christi, Texas and his mother Veronica Gonzales Gutierrez of Beeville, Texas; one sister; Brittany Ann Gutierrez of Beeville, Texas; his paternal grandparents; Robert  and Olga Gutierrez of Beeville, Texas and many special cousins, aunts, uncles and many others special people  that Robert will take in his heart into the Gates of Heaven. 

Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, November 2, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 3, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at St. James Catholic Church and burial to follow at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery # 2.  Pallbearers will be Christopher Gutierrez, Joshua Gonzales, Johnny Ray Gutierrez, Justin Rodriguez, Bryan Lee Salas and Jesse Gongales.
