Mr. Rios was born in Durango, Mexico on July 25, 1929 he was employed by R. A. Hall School. He was preceded in death by his spouse Manuela A. Rios; his parents Pilar Rios and Dolores Valdez, also one daughter Pricillia Rios. Survivors included his companion Maria Luisa De La Garza, three daughters Susie ( Sabino) Cruz, Dolores (Ignacio) Gonzales all of Beeville; Candelaria (Daniel) Rodriguez of Dallas; two sons Santiago (Virginia) Rios Jr. and Jose (Esther) Rios both of Beeville; one sister Maria Del Pilar Rios of Monterrey, Mexico.; one brother Vicente Rios of Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. 16 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. Prayer service will be recited at 7:00p.m. Monday at Trevino Funeral Home. Chapel Service will be on Tuesday at 10:00a.m. With Pastor Jose Davila Trevino Funeral Home Chapel.
