Mrs. Sulema Castilla, age 43 passed away on June 1, 2005 in Galveston, Texas; she was born in Beeville, Texas on Feb. 28, 1962. 

Sulema graduated from Goliad High School in 1981 and worked for H.E.B. market for seven years.  Sulema enjoyed spending quality time with her children and family and she enjoyed watching wrestling and working outdoors in her garden.    

She is survived by her loving husband Rudy Manuel Castilla of Berclair, Texas; one son; Rudy Manuel H. Castilla Jr. of Berclair, Texas; one daughter; Samantha Lucia H. Castilla of Berclair, Texas; her parents; Enrique and Rebecca Hernandez of Berclair, Texas; her four brothers; Enrique Hernandez Jr., Angel Hernandez, Ruben Hernandez, Chris Hernandez all of Berclair Texas; two sisters; Margie Niemietz and Gloria Mae Hernandez both of Austin, Texas. 

She was preceded in death by her brother; Mario Hernandez. 

 Rosary will be held on Sunday June 5, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be held on Monday, June 6, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church with Rev.Piotr Jozef Gajd officiating. Burial will follow at the Berclair Cemetery in Berclair, Texas.  Pallbearers will be Henry Hernandez, Angel Hernandez, Ruben Hernandez, Ernest Hernandez, Chris Hernandez and David Clay.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Mike Fernandez, Robert Valdez, Augustine Benavides and Mike Niemietz.
